PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WOW's C3 Concrete Remover HD is our proprietary, industrial strength technology, which provides unsurpassed concrete removal with none of the hazards for which traditional products are known. C3 removes cement powder and light-concrete residues from all surfaces. It is non-corrosive and safe on all finishes. C3 simply neutralizes with water.

C3 is powered by our patented, HYDRAN-X™ Safe-Acid Technology. HYDRAN-X™  is a complex which breaks down insoluble metal salts and corrosion, without fuming or requiring safety protection. C3 not only removes concrete, but also removes dirt, grease, rust and scale.
